Suspended metal grid ceiling as a high performance heating/chilled ceiling with flush linear lights. Thanks to the modular ceiling structure, flexible room depths can be configured as required.
Floors

Reversible raised floor throughout the office sections with carpet floor covering. Height of the raised floor approx. 15 cm, clear height of the hollow sectionapprox. 10 cm.
Office lighting

Flush linear lights using prism technology.
Kitchenettes

Modern kitchenette, complete with cupboards, sinks, dishwashers, refrigerator, microwave and warm-water supply.
Sanitary facilities

Modern sanitary facilities installed on each floor in line with the respective size of the floor. Sanitary facilities can be flexibly accessed from the core area or the exclusive tenant space.
Main lobby

The high-rise entrance lobby is approx. 13 m high and boasts architecturally designed and energy-efficient special LED lighting. All floors, walls and reception desk in the lobby are clad in stunning natural stone.
Elevators

High-rise: 10 passenger elevators, clear height of the cabins: 3.40 m. Podium building: 2 passenger elevators, clear cabin height: 3.00 m. Networked security and elevator concept with intelligent destination control system to reduce response times. All elevator cabins are clad in stunning natural stone.
Heating / chilled ceiling

Rooms are cooled / heated by the high-performance heating / chilled ceiling. The system relies on eco-friendly district heating.
Advanced building technology

Mobile phone radio repeater for optimal reception inside the building, in the elevators and in the underground carpark. Two separate inhouse connection rooms for redundant provider supply. Backbone for cable TV in the central shaft.
